1717 days ago, Michelle O'Connell was shot to death in the home of St. Johns County Sheriff's Deputy JEREMY BANKS, of whom Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR actually said, "Let's give [him] … a hand" to an assemblage of some 600 Sheriff's deputies. Let justice be done, at last. The Special Prosecutor and FBI and U.S. Attorney must subpoena SHERIFF SHOAR and Deputy BANKS to two grand juries, investigating state and federal crimes.
Do guns recoil forward?
That's what Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, State's Attorney RALPH JOSEPH LARIZZA, Chief Homicide Prosecutor and Ex-Judge ROBERT KEITH MATHIS, and Medical Examiner PREDRAG BULIC would have you believe. The "Gang of Four" needs to be out the door.

Ms. O'Connell was shot to death with the service pistol of Deputy JEREMY BANKS in BANKS' home on September 2, 2010, shortly after she told BANKS she was breaking up with him.

Thanks for keeping this story at the forefront of the public mind Ed. It is indicative of the extreme arrogance and intentional nature of aggression and fear mongering being unleashed by our now captured government towards ordinary citizens.
The big tell, aside from the fact that we are well past the time where any real justice can be done, is the silence of the Saint Augustine business community — those who have benefited most by collusion with DAVID BERNARD SHOAR. DAVID BERNARD SHOAR was a key instrument in the illegal and immoral hijacking of the saint Augustine government;

"The City of Saint Augustine Florida is presently ruled by an oppressive city government that owes its existence to engaging in an on going pattern and practice of knowingly and willingly — and openly bragging about — creating a long string of patently unconstitutional repressive Jim Crow laws. Laws that ban Constitutionally guaranteed FREE SPEECH, art, music, newspapers, political opposition, and the homeless from simply asking another human being for a helping hand. This on going pattern and practice of crimes have all been knowingly and willingly committed for the following express purposes; to suppress and eliminate political opposition so as to illegally and immorally control the city government; to demonize and eliminate an entire recognizable class of people (street artists, entertainers, and the homeless — a hate crime) just like blacks were eliminated and suppressed; to eliminate competition so as to control and fix markets; to suppress and control employee wages by limiting opportunity and instilling fear; to steal commonly owned community property for selfish private use and private gain; to raise confiscatory taxes on the residents to fund the city gangster activities; to pay themselves grossly outrageous fat salaries and piggishly lavish retirement packages, etc.;"
